We bought a pest control kit and wanted to put it down to kill carpet moths while we were away on holiday. I contacted Pest Control Supermarket to see when it would be delivered. It was going to be after we went away but they changed delivery to Saturday so we could have it before we left - and they waived the extra charge! In an age when you never seem to get something for nothing that was an incredibly generous and helpful thing to do and we will certainly use Pest Control Supermarket again if we need more products and will have no hesitation in recommending them to any of our friends who have pests to control!!

I was not happy to find we had carpet moths! A quick google search led me to the website. Very clear descriptions of what was needed and it was delivered next day - all carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. The spray leaked, and a quick call produced an immediate offer to despatch a replacement. Next day, I was in business, hopefully blitzing the little blighters who are munching my carpets! One piece of advice from me - if they are in one room, expect them to be everywhere, so order the big kit 3!

Still early days but I have followed the instructions to the letter and will re-treat in a couple of months. Seems to have done the trick with the pesky months all but disappearing. Very good company, excellent product range with speedy delivery.
